MAO launched new Chroma 1210 electric assembly test system used in pure electric passenger or commercial vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell battery hybrid models of power system, provide new energy automobile power system simulation test, test items include motor, gearbox, motor controller and electric drive system, etc.

Chroma 1210 electric assembly bench testing system is mainly used for automobile power system calibration and verification, the performance of a loading vehicle dynamic model for the verification of the mechanical parts of system simulation, system operation manual or program control, and can be synchronous record the voltage, current, power, speed, torque, physical parameters such as temperature, used to calculate the efficiency of the motor and controller and draw cloud curve.Electricity generated by testing through the Chroma 17040 energy recovery device back to the grid, and use the 17040 battery simulation function, instant response characteristics of battery, when simulating the vehicle to increase reliability verification.

Electric assembly bench testing system has four quadrant operation ability, under rated speed can keep constant torque load (zero speed or even reverse), above the rated speed can be constant power load.One-piece mechanical design load, can be tested the whole speed range;Modularization clamping design, can be applied to different test machine.
